This bidding project is for the procurement of biochemical pilot equipment rental and commissioning research and development services for the "Comprehensive Sewage Treatment Plant Water Quality Improvement and Reclaimed Water Reuse Measures and Approaches Research" project. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.
1、 R&D project name and content
1. Research and Development Project Name: Research on Water Quality Improvement and Reclaimed Water Reuse Measures and Approaches in Comprehensive Sewage Treatment Plants;
2. Location of R&D project: Suzhou City;
3. Scope of bidding: Lease and commissioning of biochemical pilot equipment;
4. Construction period: 6-month lease term (including commissioning period).
2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and be a high-tech enterprise within its validity period.
2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition and provide financial statements for the year 2023 or the half year, as well as proof of payment of taxes in accordance with the law.
3. Performance requirement: Within the past five years, have a sewage treatment related performance with a processing scale of no less than 10000 tons/day.
4. Credit requirements:
4.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
4.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
4.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.
5. This project does not accept consortium bidding
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
3、 Registration and Bidding Document Sales Method
1. Registration period: From 2:00 PM on May 10, 2024 to 2:00 PM on May 16, 2024.
2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.
2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
