Recently, Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. received six newly purchased frequency converters, which are respectively assigned to the company's Suma Wastewater Treatment Plant and Suixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant. After the equipment is installed and put into use, it will greatly reduce the company's electricity costs and alleviate the pressure on the enterprise.

The Su Ma Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant and Suixi Second Sewage Treatment Plant under Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. are currently in normal production and operation stage, with high monthly electricity consumption. According to relevant statistical data from the company, the electricity cost ranked among the top three in production costs in 2017. Therefore, it is necessary to take various energy-saving and consumption reducing measures. Installing a frequency converter on equipment can achieve energy savings by reducing voltage under light loads. Especially in the use of fans, when a smaller air volume is required, the motor will slow down and the torque will sharply decrease, resulting in significant energy-saving effects.
