Project Overview: The Phase I sewage pipeline network, 3 # lift pump station, and beautiful rural sewage treatment station project of Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park, as well as the Phase II and Phase III sewage pipeline networks, are organized and implemented by the Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park Management Committee. With the approval of the Suzhou Municipal People's Government, they are operated by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The total length of the sewage pipeline network in the Su Ma Park is about 122 kilometers (with pipeline diameters ranging from 400mm to 1200mm), involving more than 34 roads, and is continuously increasing. The total length of the pipeline network that requires centralized dredging is about 90 kilometers (the total length of the 400mm diameter pipeline network is about 70 kilometers, the total length of the 600mm diameter pipeline network is about 15 kilometers, the total length of the 800mm diameter pipeline network is about 10 kilometers, and the total length of the 1200mm diameter pipeline network is about 5 kilometers). The planned dredging volume for 2024 is 30 kilometers. In view of the long and difficult operation and maintenance of the pipeline network, as well as the frequent emergency situations, our company plans to sign a framework agreement for the labor services of sewage pipeline network dredging and underwater sealing for the whole year of 2024, in order to cope with various emergency situations during the pipeline network operation and maintenance process. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct a public bidding for this matter to the society.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Having a legal and valid business license, and providing special certificates for diving operations and confined space operations of relevant underwater operators within the validity period.
2. Performance requirement: Provide a performance contract with a pipeline network length of no less than 10 kilometers or a contract amount of no less than 500000 yuan, including pipeline network testing.
3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
