Recently, after relevant preparation work, the construction team appointed by our company began to replace 44 sewage manhole covers along Chujiang Avenue to eliminate safety hazards and ensure the safety of the lives and property of the park residents.

The sewage manhole covers along Chujiang Avenue were originally made of polymer manholes, which are sturdy and lightweight, but have a deviation in load-bearing capacity. Due to the frequent traffic of large heavy-duty transport vehicles along Chujiang Avenue, many industrial enterprises have caused the original polymer manhole covers to be overwhelmed, damaged, and even crushed as a whole. Our company has replaced damaged manhole covers multiple times, but the results have been unsatisfactory, especially for several manhole covers that are frequently used by vehicles. These covers have been repeatedly replaced and crushed, posing a serious threat to the safety of pedestrians and vehicles passing by.

In view of this situation, our company has decided to replace all 44 sewage manhole covers along Chujiang Avenue with cast iron manhole covers that can bear more than 20 tons, which have higher strength and are safer than the original manhole covers.

The manhole cover replacement work will last for half a month, thoroughly eliminating these potential "traps", ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians, and providing a safe travel environment for the park residents.
