This bidding project is for the purchase of complete sets of equipment for ozone contact oxidation tower in the second and third stages of the high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater transformation project of the Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou. 4. Project scale: The project covers an area of 1930 square meters. This mainly includes the construction of a homogenization tank, an online monitoring room for incoming water, an efficient sedimentation tank, a crystallization fluidized bed, a power distribution room, a dosing room and dewatering room, an intermediate lifting pump room, an ozone oxidation tower, an ozone preparation workshop, a dosing tank area, and the renovation of the existing hydrolysis acidification tank, biochemical combination tank, magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, active sand filter tank, etc.

5. Scope of bidding: Procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of complete sets of equipment for the ozone contact oxidation tower in the second and third stages of the high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater transformation project of the Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou.

6. Construction period: Complete all supply and installation within 60 calendar days

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide relevant materials when bidding).

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a contract amount of no less than 5 million yuan for the supply or installation of complete sets of equipment for ozone contact oxidation towers in sewage treatment plants.

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
