1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: EPC+O Project for Rural Black and Stinky Water Treatment in Suzhou City

2. Project location: Yongqiao District, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: 89 water bodies from Yongqiao District, Lingbi County, Xiao County, and Si County were selected from 114 rural black and odorous water bodies in Suzhou City and included in the treatment scope of this plan.

4. Scope of bidding: EPC+O project for the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas of Suzhou City, including the third section of aquatic plants and ecological landscape engineering for sewage treatment stations. Please refer to the list and drawings for details.

5. Construction period: The contract shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the on-site planting conditions are met and the Party A notifies the entry of construction.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license.

2. Performance requirement: Provide a subcontract for aquatic plant engineering with a contract price of no less than 2 million yuan. The scanned copy of the contract requires relevant information to be seen.

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Registration and Bidding Document Sales Method

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

1. The bidding documents of this project allow bidding units to be delivered by mail or express delivery. Mailing address: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (9th floor, Science and Technology Innovation Building, Suma Park, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, 911), recipient: Ma Tao, contact information: 18155736552. After the express delivery is sent, please send a photo of the express delivery receipt by email to Wancho-001@wchep.com The email name should be company name+contact person name+phone number for timely receipt. Please consider the delivery time by yourself, and the latest delivery date is 15:15 on October 26, 2023. The submission time of the bidding documents shall be based on the time of receipt. In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
