 Suixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Upgrading Project

Tender Notice for Earthwork and Foundation Pit Support Engineering

We are now conducting an open tender for the procurement of earthwork and foundation pit support engineering for the expansion and upgrading of the Suixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant project. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the bidding.     

1、 Project Overview:

1. The nature of the engineering project is new construction.

2. The scale of the engineering project: The land within the original factory wall of this project is 53398 square meters (80.09 acres), and the newly added land is 25257.69 square meters (37.88 acres). After completion, the land scale will reach 78655.69 square meters (117.95 acres). The total scale of the project is 100000 cubic meters/day, with 60000 cubic meters/day of tail water discharged from the entire plant. The remaining tail water will be directly reused after disinfection, with a reuse amount of 40000 cubic meters/day. The composition is as follows:

(1) Upgrading and renovation project: The design scale is 60000 m ³/d. Currently, the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of the first and second phases of the project converges into the middle lift pump room, and then uniformly lifts into the high-efficiency sedimentation tank, denitrification filter, and ozone oxidation tank. The effluent enters the reclaimed water reuse tank.

(2) Expansion project: Design capacity of 40000 m ³/d (including 15000 m3/d of chemical wastewater pretreatment, civil engineering implemented at a scale of 15000 m3/d, equipment installed in stages at a scale of 7500 m3/d). The main process adopts coarse grid and Jinshui pump room+fine grid aeration sedimentation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+improved biochemical tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification filter tank+ozone oxidation tank. The tail water enters the reclaimed water tank, and the chemical wastewater is further treated by the main engineering biochemical system after Fenton oxidation and hydrolysis acidification.

(3) Supporting construction of blower room, power supply and distribution engineering, and outdoor overall system.

3. The scope of bidding for engineering projects includes excavation, transportation, backfilling, temporary soil disposal site leasing, foundation pit support, regular drainage, safety protection, temporary hardening, safety and civilized construction measures, environmental protection measures, and other temporary works for buildings (structures) within the scope of design and construction drawings. Please refer to the drawings and tender bill of quantities for details.

4. The engineering project is divided into one section.

5. The funding source and implementation status of the engineering project: The funding source is self raised and has been implemented.

6. The construction site is: Suixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant;

7. The engineering quality meets the requirements of current national and local standards.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Having a legal and valid business license, with a third level qualification for general contracting of construction projects or a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction;

2. Having a single contract amount of no less than 5 million RMB in earthwork engineering performance within the past five years;

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
