This bidding project is for the procurement of energy storage equipment for the expansion of the second and third phases of the SuMa North Sewage Treatment Plant. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Expansion Project of SuMa North Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II, II and III

2. Project location: Suma Industrial Park, Suzhou City

3. Scope of bidding: Procurement of energy storage equipment for the expansion project of the second and third phases of the SuMa North Sewage Treatment Plant. Please refer to the list and drawings for details.

4. Duration: 40 calendar days

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license.

2. Performance requirement: Within the past three years, sales performance of energy storage equipment with a contract amount of no less than 3 million yuan is required, and scanned copies of the contract must be provided.

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

 

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Registration and Bidding Document Sales Method

1. Registration period: 17:00 on October 19, 2023 to 15:00 on October 25, 2023

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

1. The bidding documents of this project allow bidding units to be delivered by mail or express delivery. Mailing address: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (9th floor, Science and Technology Innovation Building, Suma Park, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, 911), recipient: Ma Tao, contact information: 18155736552. After the express delivery is sent, please send a photo of the express delivery receipt by email to Wancho-001@wchep.com The email name should be company name+contact person name+phone number for timely receipt. Please consider the delivery time by yourself. The submission time of the bidding documents shall be based on the time of receipt. In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
