4. Scope of bidding: Complete the design work of the multi-stage sewage treatment process package for the comprehensive sewage treatment plant and provide corresponding design results.

5. Construction period: Complete the process package design work within 45 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, have a Class A comprehensive engineering design qualification or a Class A municipal drainage engineering or environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control engineering) special design qualification.

2. Performance requirement: Provide one sewage treatment design service contract within the past five years, including design contracts, EPC contracts, etc.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
