The bidder is bidding for the commercial concrete required for the construction of the high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater renovation project in the second and third phases of the Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou. We now invite bidding units to participate in the bidding of this project.

1. The bidding documents for this project are sent through the official email of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd（ wancho-001@wchep.com ）Distribute.

2. Collection time: 17:00 on September 28, 2023 to 15:00 on October 9, 2023.

3. Bid deadline: The bidding documents must be delivered to the Procurement Management Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. before 3:00 pm on October 9, 2023. Bidding documents that are delivered after the deadline or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.  

4. Bid validity period: 60 days after the bid deadline.

5. Bid evaluation method: The tenderer shall organize the bidding and evaluation themselves, and if necessary, conduct on-site inspections of the bidders. The principle is based on comprehensive assessment and reasonable and effective low price method.

6. Bidders should fully consider the various terms of the bidding documents and truthfully prepare according to their own situation.
