1. Project Name: Suzhou Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II, Phase II, and Phase III High Hardness Fluorine Containing Wastewater Renovation Project

2. Project location: Su Ma Industrial Park

3. Project scale: The main content of this project includes the main body, supporting pipeline network, and ancillary works of high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater (16000 tons/day) in the second and third stages of the sewage treatment plant.

4. Scope of bidding: Magnetic coagulation transformation and integrated equipment for dosing device of high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater transformation project in Phase II and III of Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou. Please refer to the list, technical specifications and drawings for details.

5. Duration: 20 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and a valid safety production license.

2. Credit requirements:
2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Time and location for receiving bidding documents

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
