2、 Qualification of the bidder
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the business license includes: production or sales of sewage treatment agents. Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract. It can be a production manufacturer or an authorized distributor. If it is an agent, they must provide written authorization from the production manufacturer for the relevant proof of agency or authorized operation.
2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition in the past year and provide a 2022 corporate balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and proof of tax payment in accordance with the law.
3. Performance requirement: Sales performance of no less than one sewage treatment agent worth 100000 yuan or more in the past three years.
4. Those who participate in the quotation of hazardous chemicals or precursor chemicals must have relevant industry licenses and qualifications (such as the "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" and the "Non Drug Precursor Chemicals Business Filing Certificate", and their business scope includes the production or sale of the products in question).
5. Credit requirements:
