On the morning of August 29th, Yao Xiaojun, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and Gong Guoming, Director of the Supervision Office of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, visited Weinan Qinghe Water Co., Ltd. (referred to as Weinan Qinghe) Huazhou District Second Sewage Treatment Plant for research and supervision work. Li Jianqiang, Deputy Mayor of Weinan City, Wang Xiaoqi, Director of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Wang Haifeng, Secretary of the District Committee of Huazhou District Government, Wang Jianwei, Director of the Ecological Environment Huazhou Branch, and Fu Rong, Deputy Director, Wang Feng, Director of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and Guo Yu, Deputy Director, accompanied the research. Zhou Hui, the General Manager of Weinan Qinghe, gave a report on the operation of the sewage treatment plant.

During the inspection, the verification team focused on the operation and management of the water plant, as well as the production related processes. Through research, they gained an understanding of the water quality and quantity of the sewage plant, as well as its daily processing capacity. The inspection team affirmed the safe and stable operation, as well as the clean and tidy appearance of the Second Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huazhou District.

The second sewage treatment plant in Huazhou District is invested, constructed, and operated by Weinan Qinghe, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The design scale is 20000 tons per day. Since the plant was put into operation, it has effectively improved the surrounding water environment and reduced pollution to the receiving water body. Our company will strengthen refined management, improve quality management standardization, ensure stable and standard discharge of sewage, and improve the production and living environment of residents.
