The EPC+O project integrated equipment procurement for the rural black and odorous water treatment project in Suzhou City has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: EPC+O Project for Rural Black and Stinky Water Treatment in Suzhou City

2. Project location: Suzhou City

3. Scope of bidding: Procurement, supply, installation guidance, commissioning, and trial operation of integrated equipment for the EPC+O project of the rural black and odorous water treatment project in Suzhou City. Please refer to the list for details.

4. Supply period: Supply in batches, with a single batch supply time of 30 calendar days from the date of notification by Party A.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license.

2. Since January 1, 2018, the bidder has completed an environmental protection equipment supply contract with an amount not less than 10 million yuan or an EPC contract with an environmental protection equipment supply amount not less than 10 million yuan. The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the contract agreement for a water environment comprehensive treatment project or sewage treatment project similar to this project.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Method for receiving bidding documents
1. Time for receiving bidding documents: from 18:00 on August 25, 2023 to 9:00 am on September 1, 2023.

2. Collection method: For those who intend to participate in the bidding, please send the authorization letter, copies of the legal representative and authorized person's identity certificates, authorized person's social security certificate, performance contract, and scanned copy of the business license with official seal to the email Wancho-001@wchep.com Or submit materials on-site to receive bidding documents.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
