3. Scope of bidding: Supply, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of liquid oxygen station equipment for the Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion Project (EPC).

5. Duration: 45 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license. Capable of designing and manufacturing pressure vessels of Class D or above. Qualified for GC2 pressure pipeline installation.

2. Performance requirement: Provide two supply contracts for liquid oxygen station equipment with a contract price of no less than 500000 yuan in 2023. The scanned copy of the contract should show key price and product model information.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
