4. Construction period: Supply in batches, with a single batch supply time of 20 calendar days from the date of notification by Party A.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license;

2. Qualification requirements: The bidder must be a plastic well manufacturer, or provide a distribution and agency authorization letter authorized by the plastic well manufacturer;

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding
