3. Scope of bidding: Procurement, supply, installation guidance, commissioning, and trial operation of pump mixing equipment for the expansion project of Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant. Please refer to the list for details.

4. Construction period: Complete all supply within 40 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license.

2. Performance requirement: Provide a supply contract for water pump or mixer equipment with an amount not less than 2 million yuan.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
