The equipment and installation engineering procurement for the 145MW supercritical gas power generation project of Jingye Group's supporting sewage concentrated salt water upgrading and renovation project has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: Jingye Group 145MW Supercritical Gas Power Generation Project Supporting Sewage Concentrated Salt Water Upgrade and Renovation Project.

2. Project location: Nandian Town, Pingshan County.

3. Scope of bidding: Procurement of equipment and installation works for the 145MW supercritical gas power generation project of Jingye Group, including the upgrading and renovation of sewage and concentrated salt water.

4. Construction period: Complete all supply, installation, and commissioning within 60 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license. Environmental engineering professional contracting level three or above, or mechanical and electrical engineering construction general contracting level two or above. Safety Production License.

2. Performance requirement: Provide a contract with a supply and installation performance of 10 million yuan in sewage treatment equipment within the past three years.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
