Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. has conducted a public inquiry for the waterproofing and anti-corrosion engineering of the Phase 2 and 3 of the North Sewage Treatment Plant in the Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) in Suzhou, based on the actual construction needs of the project.
1、 Inquiry project name and content

1. Project Name: Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) North Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2, Phase 3 Project.

2. Procurement method: Open inquiry.

3. Project content: The construction of waterproofing and anti-corrosion engineering is detailed in the list and drawings.

4. Supply location: North Sewage Treatment Plant, Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City), Suzhou.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders
1. Capable of independently assuming civil liability and possessing a legally valid business license. Has the second level qualification for professional contracting of waterproof, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, and has a valid safety production license.

2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition in the past year and provide financial statements for the year 2022, as well as proof of payment of taxes in accordance with the law.

3. Performance requirement: Provide a waterproof and anti-corrosion construction contract with a contract price of no less than 500000 yuan, and the scanned copy of the contract should show relevant information.

4. Credit requirements:
4.1 Has not been included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn).

4.2 Has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn).

4.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

5. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Delivery time and location of quotation documents:
