1. Project Name: Expansion Project of Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huazhou District, Weinan City (Second Wastewater Treatment Plant) Deodorization and Covering Project

2. Project location: Weinan City

3. Scope of bidding: Procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, trial operation, and other related work for the deodorization and capping project of the expansion project of the sewage treatment plant in Huazhou District, Weinan City (Second Sewage Treatment Plant).

4. Construction period: Complete all supply and installation within 40 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license.

2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition in the past year and provide financial statements for the year 2022, as well as proof of payment of taxes in accordance with the law.

3. Performance requirement: Provide a supply and installation contract for deodorizing covers with a contract price of no less than 1 million yuan.

4. Credit requirements:
4.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
4.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
4.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

5. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Registration and Bidding Document Sales Method

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
