The EPC-O engineering surveying and procurement project for the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas of Suzhou City has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: EPC-O Engineering Survey and Procurement Project for Rural Black and Odorous Water Treatment in Suzhou City

2. Project Location: Three Counties and One District, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: 89 water bodies from Yongqiao District, Lingbi County, Xiao County, and Si County were selected from 114 rural black and odorous water bodies in Suzhou City and included in the treatment scope of this plan.

4. Scope of bidding: geological survey, topographic mapping, etc.

5. Construction period: Complete all measurements and submit results within 50 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability and have a legally valid business license. Must have Class A surveying and mapping qualifications.

2. Performance requirement: Provide a scanned copy of a project surveying and mapping service contract with a cost of no less than 500000 yuan since January 1, 2020 to prove performance.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
