On the morning of May 17th, Wang Xifeng, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Huazhou District, Weinan City, and his delegation inspected the progress of work in Erhua Gangou. Guo Yu, Deputy Director of the Huazhou District Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, accompanied the inspection. Zhou Hui, General Manager of Weinan Qinghe Water Co., Ltd. (referred to as Weinan Qinghe), participated in the inspection activity.

At the inspection site, Zhou Hui provided a detailed introduction to the progress of the Huazhou District Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion Project (Second Sewage Treatment Plant) and the installation of supporting sewage pipe networks. The implementation of the sewage treatment plant project will achieve unified collection and treatment of regional domestic sewage, effectively preventing urban domestic sewage from being directly discharged into the Erhua Gully, which is of great significance for the water environment treatment and ecological restoration of the Erhua Gully.

During the inspection, Zhao Xiaohong affirmed the efficient and orderly operation of our sewage treatment plant, and put forward new requirements for the implementation of the sewage treatment plant project based on the current situation of Erhua Gangou. He emphasized that the comprehensive operation of the sewage treatment plant plays a key role in the water environment governance and ecological restoration of Erhua Gangou. It is necessary to accelerate the commissioning of the sewage treatment plant, complete environmental protection acceptance as soon as possible, ensure early production and effectiveness, and contribute to the coordinated development of regional economy and environment.
