This project is the 4000m3/d sewage treatment station project of Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park. The project has met the bidding conditions. We are now conducting an open inquiry and procurement of equipment (process pipeline) installation services for the project. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: 4000m3/d Sewage Treatment Station Project of Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park

2. Project location: Intersection of Xuefu Avenue and Chuangxin Road, Yongqiao District, Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Project scale: The main and ancillary works of the Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Station Project (4000 tons/day).

4. Scope of bidding: Construction drawings for the 4000m3/d sewage treatment station project in Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park, including grid collection tank, oil separator, air flotation device, floating slag pool, and regulating tank. Please refer to the design drawings for details.

 
2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, and have a legal and valid business license and safety production permit. Having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction or a third level or above qualification for professional contracting of environmental protection engineering. Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract.

2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition in the past year, provide a balance sheet and income statement for the year 2022, and provide proof of payment of taxes in accordance with the law.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.
