1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Station Project

2. Project location: Yongqiao District, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: The main and ancillary works of the Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Station Project (4000 tons/day).

4. Scope of bidding: Procurement, production, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of a complete deodorization system for the sewage treatment station project of the Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park.

5. Construction period: Complete all supply and installation within 60 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, have a valid safety production license, and have a third level or above qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction or a third level or above qualification for professional contracting of environmental engineering.

2. Financial requirements: The bidder must have a good financial condition in the past year and provide financial statements for the year 2022, as well as proof of payment of taxes in accordance with the law.

3. Performance requirement: Provide a supply and installation contract for deodorization equipment with a contract price of no less than 2 million yuan.

4. Credit requirements:
4.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
4.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
4.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

5. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Registration and Bidding Document Sales Method

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
