Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is conducting an open inquiry for the installation of electrical and pneumatic self-control systems for the Phase 2 and Phase 3 projects of the North Sewage Treatment Plant in the Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) in Suzhou, based on the actual production needs of the project.

1. Project Name: Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) North Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2, 3 Project

2. Procurement method: inquiry

3. Project content: Installation, construction, and commissioning of electrical self-control. Please refer to the list and drawings for details

4. Project location: North Sewage Treatment Plant, Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City), Suzhou

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders
1. Capable of independently assuming civil liability and possessing a legally valid business license.

2. Having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction or labor construction qualification, and possessing a safety production license.

3. Credit requirements:
3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Delivery time and location of quotation documents:
1. Registration period: 9:00 am on April 28, 2023 to 4:00 pm on May 4, 2023.
