2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Having a legal and valid business license, with a registered capital of at least 5 million yuan (inclusive), and a business scope including steel;

2. Provide scanned copies of contracts for medium and thick plate procurement projects with a single contract amount of no less than RMB 2 million within the past five years;

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
