Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the BOT project of the second sewage treatment plant expansion project in Huazhou District, Weinan City in January 2019. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Weinan Qinghe Water Co., Ltd., is responsible for the construction and operation of this project. The engineering design processing capacity of this project is 20000 tons/day, with a supporting pipeline network of 1.826 kilometers. The treated effluent quality follows the "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard for the Yellow River Basin (Shaanxi Section)", and some indicators meet the Class IV standard in the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB 3838-2002) before being discharged into the water body. The franchise period is 30 years.
