Reminder Announcement on Delayed Disclosure of 2017 Half Year Report

Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was originally scheduled to disclose its "2017 Half Year Report" on the designated information disclosure platform of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on July 26, 2017.

Due to the incomplete preparation of the 2017 interim report, in order to ensure the quality of the report and the accuracy of information disclosure, the company has applied to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system and decided to change the disclosure date of the 2017 interim report to August 11, 2017.
