Correction Announcement for the "Advisory Announcement"

Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Notice of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. on Stock Listing and Agreement Transfer Method" on the designated information disclosure platform of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on March 31, 2017. After post audit, it was found that there were errors in the originally proposed listing date. The company now makes the following corrections:

Before correction:
Our company's stocks will be publicly traded on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations starting from April 3, 2017

After correction:
Our company's stocks will be publicly traded on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations starting from April 5, 2017

Except for the above-mentioned corrections, the other contents of the original "Notice of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. on Stock Listing and Agreement Transfer Method" remain unchanged.

The company will simultaneously disclose the corrected "Notice of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. on Stock Listing and Agreement Transfer Method" on the designated information disclosure platform of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System. The company deeply apologizes for the inconvenience caused to investors by the above corrections.
