3、 Response time and method for application

(1) Response application deadline: 14:00, August 27, 2025

(2) When responding to the application, the following materials must be provided: business license, qualification documents, and safety production license. Once the above materials are reviewed and approved, the application will be considered successful.

(3) Requirements for suppliers: 1. Qualification requirements: Ability to independently assume civil liability, legal and valid business license, Level 2 or above qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting or Level 3 or above qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering construction general contracting, valid safety production license, necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials should be provided in response). 2. 4、 Procurement document acquisition

5、 Submission of response documents

If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
