The tail water pump station and management building of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (high-speed rail new city) have met the procurement conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome bidders who meet the conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City) North Sewage Area Recycling Project (EPC+O) Tail Water Pump Station and Management Building

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

5. Procurement scope: Tail water pump station and management building for the regeneration and recycling project of sewage area in the northern part of Suma Industrial Park (high-speed rail new city), as detailed in the drawings and bill of quantities.

6. Duration: 60 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of the bidder

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, possessing a third level or higher qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting or construction engineering construction general contracting, and having a valid safety production license.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

However, any package damage or any matters that occur during the mailing process or storage shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if materials are submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
