Announcement on Inquiry for Procurement of RO Membrane for Double Membrane System of Reclaimed Water Project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone

The bidding project for the double membrane system RO membrane procurement of the reclaimed water reuse project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone has met the bidding conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome bidders who meet the conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Procurement of RO Membrane for Double Membrane System in Suzhou Economic Development Zone Reclaimed Water Project

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

3. Project scale: The Suzhou Economic Development Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Reclaimed Water (Reclaimed Water) Reuse Construction Project is located on the north side of Gangkou South Road, the west side of South Outer Ring Road, and the east side of Jintai Fifth Road. It is a reserved land within the current Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant. The main construction content of this project is to build a new water plant and supporting pipeline network. The newly built Zhongshui Plant is designed to have a water production capacity of 0.6 × 104m ³/d, and the effluent quality meets the limits agreed upon with the enterprise. The supporting pipeline network project is the water supply pipeline for each reclaimed water user unit.

The main construction content of the project includes a recycled water workshop (excluding the hard system inlet water tank, iron removal system inlet water tank, ultrafiltration inlet water tank, neutralization water tank, backwash water tank, first stage reverse osmosis system, second stage reverse osmosis system, product water tank), manganese sand filter tank, security guard, water station, and external central water pipeline. The total construction area is about 2923m ², of which the recycled water workshop has a construction area of 2648m ², the manganese sand filter tank has a construction area of 275m ², and the external pipeline is about 4.0km with a diameter of DN150-300.

4. Scope of bidding: Procurement of RO membrane for dual membrane system of reclaimed water reuse project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone. Please refer to the drawings and bidding bill of quantities for details.

5. Duration: 45 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials provided during bidding)

Bidders are required to provide a valid authorization letter from the relevant film manufacturer. Only one bidder can be authorized for a single brand, and the film brand provided by the bidder must meet the technical specifications requirements of the bidding documents (not required at the time of registration).

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
