2、 Qualification of the bidder

1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the business license includes: production or sales of sewage treatment agents or related businesses. It can be a production manufacturer or an authorized distributor. If it is an agent, they must provide written authorization from the production manufacturer for the relevant proof of agency or authorized operation.

2. Those who participate in the quotation of hazardous chemicals or precursor chemicals must have relevant industry licenses and qualifications (such as the "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" and the "Non Drug Precursor Chemicals Business Filing Certificate", and their business scope includes the production or sale of the products in question).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3、 Time and method of participating in quotation
